Devote thyself
to the Divine Images within
secret knowledge will be yours

what if our "culture"  by-passed the detour of words
how might that have changed who we are, what we know

words perform "cultural subterfuge"
as in the metaphor THE TOWER OF BABEL

With words we babel on and on
never-arriving

Imagine a day without words
a life without words
DIRECT KNOWING

can we get there from here
(absence seizures are beyond words...a STATE OF AWE)
as is, non-hearing, as in the State of Deaf

like seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time
at a loss for words
what if we absorbed that loss, lived in a permanent STATE OF AWE
something like EDEN
AWE-STRUCK, numb-founded

is it just me
or
does SILENCE speak more vividly
than words ever did, ever will
